Singapore Bus Rental - Terms & Conditions



All bookings made through Singapore Bus Rental are bound by the terms and conditions listed below. We would like all clients to make sure you have read the terms and conditions and fully understood each and every term listed below. Singapore Bus Rental cannot be held liable for any booking made where the client does not understand each an every term of our terms and conditions.



Singapore Bus Rental Payment Terms:

Option 1: Payment for a confirmed booking can be made via a partial deposit and the full payment to be made 28 days before the pickup date of a booking.
Option 2: The booking payment can be made in full via credit or debit card or via bank transfer. For bank transfers we would need the payment to be made at least 72 hours before the start of the booking so it reaches our bank in time for the journey to take place.
Bookings will not take place unless the full payment has been received by Singapore Bus Rental before the journey pickup date. So please make sure you get the full payment to us before your pickup date.


Booking Changes:

All booking changes are chargeable and if we can honour the change we will inform you accordingly. Some changes may not be implemented due to availability but you still will be charged for the initial booking if we cannot honour the changes. No changes of the booking should be made with our drivers directly as this could cause major issues in communication and any changes made with the drivers will void your booking.
Every booking made through our company unless otherwise stated is for one pickup location to another and does not include multiple stops or diversions. If you would like multiple stops and diversions in the journey please make sure you confirm this with the booking operator before proceeding with the booking. Confirming your exact full itinerary will enable you to not be charged extra for multiple stops or diversions.


Delays to Service:

Singapore Bus Rental Will not be held liable for any delays to the service whatsoever as with any form of transport we have many things that are out of our control. Due to this reason we will not be liable to pay compensation for any cost incurred from the transport being late or not arriving. We are also not liable for missed flights, missed events or any booked service apart from the transport booking itself.


Refunds & Cancelations:

All bookings made through Singapore Bus Rental are non refundable due to the booking being a time and date service. All bookings need to be paid in full regardless of the journey being taken or not. IF a deposit is paid and you cancel the booking the remaining payment can be charged on the credit card on record for the remaining payment if the customer cancels the booking.


Complaints Procedure:

ISingapore Bus Rental takes complaints very seriously and if any complaint is made we will investigate in within 14 days. Please send your complaint or feedback to our complaints@singaporebusrental.com.


Bus & Coach Hire Breakdown Policy:

Once a booking is initiated through Singapore Bus Rental every customer understands that vehicles can break down and for this reason we will supply multiple vehicles or different vehicles to honour the passenger transportation if no similar vehicle to the original can be provided. This is to ensure that we can still transport the passengers to their destination.
